3. Booking and Payments
All prices are quoted in Moroccan Dirham (MAD) or equivalent currency unless stated otherwise. Full payment or a specified deposit is required at the time of booking to secure reservations. Marrakech Holiday Services reserves the right to cancel bookings if payments are not received within specified timeframes.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation policies vary depending on the specific service or tour booked. Specific terms will be provided at the point of sale. Marrakech Holiday Services is not responsible for fees charged by third-party providers (hotels, airlines) during the cancellation process.
5. Liability Limitation
Marrakech Holiday Services acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers. We are not liable for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity which may be occasioned by error or default of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger or carrying out the arrangements of the tour.
6. Travel Insurance
It is a condition of booking that all clients possess comprehensive travel insurance covering personal accident, medical expenses, and repatriation.
7. Governing Law
Any claim relating to Marrakech Holiday Services shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
